Store Policy

La Parfumerie will gladly exchange or issue you a merchandise credit in case of factory damage for the amount of your purchase. 

The merchandise must be claimed within 14 days of purchase for exchange or return. 

 

Reasons for returns: 

 

The product is defective or damaged.

If the product is damaged please bring it back to the store for our examination. If we find the factory defect we will gladly issue a store credit in the amount the product was originally purchased.

 

The customer purchased the wrong item.

 La Parfumerie is not responsible. If we placed a wrong item in your bag we will gladly exchange it for the right one. 

 

The customer no longer wants the product or the product did not meet the customer’s expectations.

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you changed your mind La Parfumerie is not responsible or obligated to return or exchange the product. As a part of our policy we provide the free samples at the time of consultation and encourage customers to test the product before investing in it. 

 

The customer received the product as a gift and doesn’t want it.

La Parfumerie is not responsible or obligated to return or exchange the product. We encourage our clients to purchase a sample box, gift certificate or personal consultation. We believe that perfume is an intimate product and should be carefully chosen by the recipient. 

 

Every purchase at La Parfumerie is recorded at our database. We do not accept returns from the customers who are not in our database. 

 

The items purchased with any discount are final sale.
