Ambre d’Or  is an elegant and restrained Amber. Opening with lime and lentisque, Ambre d’Or is immediately refreshing. The sweet, coumarin-like Melilot offers a buttery floral warmth, while the Bulgarian rose embraces the patchouli and Amber crystals to give a richness required by any fragrance where Amber is the star. The body remains musky and dry, allowing this to be an Amber for all seasons.
LP’s Take: Black Tie. The Annual Gala. An evening wedding on the cliffs of some remote and glamorous location. This is Ambre d’Or. We feel an immediate sense of power when wearing this fragrance. More of a bracingly fresh and woodsy musk than a resinous Amber, we can’t wait to don our power suit or ball gown with Ambre d’Or as the finishing touch.
