LP's Take: Like many of the perfumes in the Gritti "White Collection" Macramè is rich and creamy, with a twist all it's own. The twist here is the utter simplicity with which Luca Gritti composed this wedding scent. The rose may be at the heart of the perfume, but we were drawn in by the delicate fruitiness of pear, giving Macramè a freshness as well as a subtle sweetness. Apple blossom, powder, and a soft white musk dominate this perfume making it remarkably versatile (i.e. not just a wedding scent!).
