Sweet, smoky and salty (the three S’s). Spicy peppers and cozy almond, made slightly savory by some resins and tobacco that dry down into a unique Indian sandalwood.
 
LPs take: Resiny and sweet, like a dripping sweetness from a tree. Sappy and crystallized sugars, and a slight smoke that give it a real “I’m a maple syrup harvester up in Canada.” The salt here really balances the sweet and smoky and gives it a bit of pop.
