An opening of Cade oil and frankincense is made softer by the inclusion of peony and amber, and finally settles down into a warm sandalwood and musk. Dark, warmly lit, lived in. Reminds one of a well loved leather jacket, keeping you comforted in the fog of night. A great scent for sitting in a well loved chair near the fire.
LP’s take: This is one of Meo’s “darker” creations certainly. Warm, but demands respect, and has an almost lumbering quality, like a bear cracking through branches in the dead of night. It has playful moments certainly, but think of this fragrance as a ward to keep off the coldness of the outside world. This fragrance is powerful enough to almost be tangible.
